Hi, does anyone know about the continuous health insurance coverage that VMWare has as part of its employee severance package for California employees? If laid off, I don't mind taking a couple of months break and looking for new jobs but I would not want to be paying a huge medical bill due to health related issues. I understand there would be COBRA but I am asking company paid health insurance as part of the severance.
Is it 2 months, 3 months or does it even have any? In my previous company, they offered 6 months paid insurance as part of severance regardless of tenure. thanks
