It happened in my team. Managers notified the employees today morning and requested them leave the office. By 24th they need to return all qcom related thing laptops / screens extra.

When we had the 15% layoff in 2015, it started in the morning around 8:30 - 9 am. I think they wrapped it up by late afternoon and we had an internal team meeting where my immediate boss said that the ones invited to the meeting were all safe.
