Any news on how the 3rd party furniture delivery/installs are going? Would love to know how that worked out. I wonder how the damaged product and lack of install experience worked out for Staples.

I had no choice but to move on. Life is good. I miss the old days talking sm--k to the guys and having fun with the customers. It's all good though. Life goes on.
Terrible in the beginning. They got a hold on it and it's improved. Not perfect but improved and manageable.
Actually, the process has improved. I’ve had less complaints in non metro areas than I’ve ever had. Guessing you no longer work for Staples. I hope you are doing something you love! Have a great weekend.
