Broadcom offered remedies to address EU antitrust concerns over VMware deal.

I think the behavioral remedies are just an initial offer. Broadcom seems determined to close this. If need be, they will negotiate structural remedies to close this once and for all. Leadership has already made changes to Business Ops PEP etc. It’s starting to look like it is a done deal. They will not have communicated this to us if it’s still up in the air. BC will give in to regulators.

UK will probably keep playing the same game to show the world they matter and block the deal, as they did with msoft/Activision.
