How much a senior engineer in software with good performance on average gets RSU? Also, how much bonuses annually?
Asking to evaluate an offer with Qualcomm.

In this environment, you should het zero RSUs and pay qualcomm one month salary as bonus to qualcomm.
I doubt that you will get an offer. It is going to be rescinded in current environment. You should not sweat too much on offer.
You should take it whatever they offer if you really want to join Qualcomm in current situation.
