Health is priceless

My health is considerably worse now after some time here. I don't think there is a single person here who, after a certain period, did not start to feel discomfort due to accumulated stress. True? I intend to quit because health is priceless.

I think by “high performer” they mean aggressive, know-it-all, self promoting, narcissistic me-first individuals bent on rising up the career ranks by stepping on others and using manipulative political tactics, despite not having the proper experience or knowledge for the position they are in.

The last time I checked this was at will employment. Nobody is forcing you to stay in an environment you can't perform in. High performing environments need high performers. TCE isn't for everybody......just the high performers.

They pretend to have "Friends" at work, and to "like" their Managers just to keep the job?! Again...what is this?
