Is there a BKM when looking for jobs internally? should i tell my manager before applying? Looking to switch to a "safer group" as mine is currently offering CPM

BKM is to apply to external jobs.
@OP You want a "safer group" here. LoL only group i think of being safe from CPM is janitorial services. Good luck with that
