H is now lead for all of CBG. That's the largest executive jump I have seen during all this tumult and SHE is a GD Boss.

Monish will never let women with thoughts of their own advance. And there is no check on that by other leaders.
My advice if you feel that the promotion practices are discriminatory them you should bring it up to HR first. If it’s not resolved by then you go to the EEOC and I bet 3m will be tickled to death with another lawsuit lurking.
