So the company is obviously in free fall and the departure of Vale would suggest there is unethical behavior at the highest levels of the company and probably differences of how to fix ( if it can be ) the company. The Board needs to step in and Fire Roman today and place a hold on any and all of his “appointments” until it can verified that they know what they’re doing. We are on a sinking ship and the band continues to play! What an embarrassment of a company it’s turned into..

This is probably a set up. He get rid of people who are threat to his position. Next he will hire some yes man who has no experience in doing 3M scale of buisness.
