Please justify the executive bonuses for the last 5 year. Specially since covid. How are we even here???

Executives should not get sh$t when the company makes no $$$$
You are not the person deciding so it doesnt matter. And more importantly this is how capitalist society, economy works. Have you forgotten the humongous bonuses the investment bankers paid themselves from tax payer money in the US after the 2008 financial crisis. this is nothing different.
Greed, plain and simple.
