You can't join in a class action for age discrimination if you signed the severance. Not too likely anyone turned down that bribe. It truly goes to show rhat the code of conduct is absolute when it says they will follow the law wherever they operate. There was crystal clear age discrimination it has been reoperated and they blatantly ignore it.
Any class action lawsuits for age discrimination?
No different than the age discrimination that was blatant in the Feb 2023 layoffs. Only difference is that they do not have a severance agreement to hide behind in the case of hiring discrimination.
You have to wonder about who is steering this boat.
