Sadly, I can guarantee you that when the layoffs are done, they'll still be here. They're too good at a-s-kissing to even have to think about layoffs. That's our sad reality and that's why Qualcomm has been going downhill for years. Nobody in power is thinking about the future.

I've seen a lot of as kissing in Qualcomm Atheros , so much so that I felt disgusted. Once saw a senior staff a* kissing a Principal to an extent of asking him can I go shopping and hiking with you
A more specific question, why don't Q just close QCA? The executives considered it before. QCA has high deadweight to talent ratio while profit margin is low. They got rid of good people before, promoted the deadweight a** kissers, pay them more than engineers at FAANG. It is not Q's core business any way
