I don't know what's the criteria but it's not performance. I can say that with certainty considering who we just lost.

You mean you've lost top performers?
They clearly said it was a money question. More expensive centers would be affected at a higher rate, and within centers, higher paid positions. At no point was performance part of the equation.
This is because on BLR it was done based on the caste system.
I was talking about my own team, and I have no intention of naming names.
