Micrsoft is deciding to not have pay increases this year. Their attrition is low, I a sure this will move things up and down.

@1gqv nice to see some thoughtful responses here and there (eg yours) rather than the predictable bitter and entitled ones.
With inflation cooling and the economy likely to enter a recession soon, getting a steady pay check would trump everything else. I think raises will be minimal along with bonuses. We must be realistic. Last few years were outliers and certainly not the norm.
No, there will be wage increases and a fully funded bonus pool.
