Think, if you are impacted by this RIF, that’s ok, there’s nothing you can really do but what if you are not. Do you really want to keep working for a place like this? We have been going through this thing over and over again, which probably indicates poor management. Some other locations like MVD are also not as competitive as before (from what I’ve heard), not allowing WFA for examine while other companies do but sometimes it looks like the employees are happy just by getting some candies or ice creams from time to time. I cannot even explain how this place is getting the GPTW certification. Who’s that stupid?

I will keep working on my plan B and make a switch ,if I stay back.
For me it would depend on the impact to my team and our leadership attitude-if they start building the pressure and expect that all the work should still be delievered within same timeframes,no matter of the number of resources left,I will quit.If you plan to stay I advise to master the art of saying NO and enhance your prioritization skills. Respect yourself and your private life,do not agree blindly for overtime to cover work for missing colleagues.Last events show that noone at Sabre is going to appreciate any of your sucrifices.

Honestly, I would love to stay, I really like my job. I'm working on meaningful projects and my manager is trusting me with challenging tasks.
Anyway, I have already started looking for a job elsewhere, in case tomorrow is my last day.
