Do you think bankruptcy is next?

The US increases its debt limit every couple of years. This year will be no different. It would be nice if the US could spend within its budget for once but as long as people are willing to buy its bonds there's no reason not to keep increasing the limit.
I am not with Sabre anymore but I hope not. The truth is , that if Sabre won't manage to go on positive cash flow, given the increased interest rates, and the overall issues with borrowing more money nowadays, I think that's an unfortunate possibility. also, theoretically I don't think is likely someone to invest 5bn to buy the debs and turn the company to private, unless the accounting books will show great net revenues. The sad true, is that sabre, did not only suffer the covid crisis, but the overall economy is becoming a challenge. I was reading that US in general reached the debt limit, and if that is not resolved , many sectors will get a huge push, and that means leassure travel will be less over the next years(business already didn't recover). I am extremely sorry to see my ex colleagues , having to go though that continuously, but I am confident everyone will find his way with or without Sabre. What it really matter is skills and attitude.
