What's the safe senior salary in US ?
That's what I'm saying, just in USD and yearly instead of monthly. 50-60k USD yearly gross.
In Krk for Leads is about 18-20k zloty/month gross
And in KRK it's like 45-60k gross for lead... With cr-ppy raises.
Put the currency. No way a Principal is making 220k USD.

I guess those avgs are in US, ask UK and they might be half.

Less than 100K for a tech role is nothing today. would be fair for a new college grad or for people with less than 5 years of exp. May be that’s why they wanna cut the US roles
Not true on those salary ranges. But I would say you’re safe if you’re under $100K USD, unless your tied to a project or team that will be shut down.
Principal: $150k
Senior : $130k
