This was inevitable given the debt, lack of recovery in corp travel and loss of airline customers, but the main issue is a string of bad mgt decisions, lack of credibility and continued inaccurate guidance. It was pretty evident that business travel will not be back to normal, however we kept giving 80% guidance which was near impossible given loss of Exp. previously. Until as recent as the sessions in Dallas, the E-team mentioned no layoffs and were bullish on recovery. It is clear that SM didn’t want this on his hands especially after the so called best CEO award and with his departure the coast was clear. Good luck to all for Monday!

The Sabre eTeam (including SM) have no clue about what the Sabre products are...and how to run the business... very sad.... and many, many bad decisions coming out of KRK. SM is the worst CEO on record since Sabre became a public company. Sad indeed.
