Will be there new PIP(Performance improvement plan) policy in upcoming days?

If you’re worried about a PIP it’s already too late. Leave and find another job that challenges you less.
Alot of my team was placed in pip and was told we had 30 days, and was let go within 2 weeks. Heads up everyone
I just got fired cuz of the pip, heads up
I'm sure you will get PIP if you're late and leave early.
