Dell simply doesn't allow employees to feel safe and do their job to the best of their ability? As soon as we relax, rumors about new layoffs start circulating. I'm tired of everything and it's definitely time to look for a new job.

I got 140%, 135% and 130% of my bonuses in 2020, 2021 and 2022 (not respectively). In 2023 I got 90%. Averages out to about 125% each year for the past 4 years.
the title makes no sense Dell and Productive doesn't go together. Its not peanut butter and jelly
Dell He-l.
Then leave. This forum is for information sharing, not whining.
Remember a few years back... "best year in company history" we heard that for three years in a row. Did the company bonus reflect this? NO. Do the absolute minimum and don't worry about the potential layoff - it's a blessing in disguise
