BD yet again known for doing Layoff's, always in constant fear every quarter especially near the end of the 4th quarter. No wonder why there is a lack of talent and zero moral there.

Anyone know where and how many people were laid off? 26 in March in Ireland and more round to coming very soon
If you didn't catch it from the global townhall, R&D departments are getting hit or are at risk of getting hit with layoffs to meet the "plan" presented to shareholders to hold a certain ratio of R&D to revenue. Guess R&D is too high but they aren't reducing R&D funding just personal.
The entire executive team at IDS needs to be removed. Bunch of numbskulls.
According to the town hall seems like it was a pretty decent sized layoff... :(
100% agree that seems hush-hush and downplayed. Seeing lots of people suddenly “leaving”.
I have seen some colleagues send off parting notes but can't tell from their emails if they are laid off.
Things seem weird to say the least.
Does anyone known how many people haven been layed off last two weeks?
