Great article from FA on hydrogen learnings. Amazing that we decided to learn about it after making it a big part of strategy and building a very highly paid team round it. Key learning - essentially we don’t have any place being in it and it makes no money.

The traders will be the ones that get involved and make the money. We’re only likely to produce a very small amount of our own. The team was set up to place some people out of harms way so they could not do any damage to the real businesses.
Toyota, Hyundai, Airbus, Shell and a LOT of others think hydrogen will be a major factor in the emerging energy economy. What you do, how you do it and how smart you deploy it can put you on top of the wave or bury you under it. Bleeding edge stuff, and if you don't know what your looking at or if you can't see how to make it work you're probably gonna need a snorkel.
