As long as their Mommy or Daddy works at Boeing they are considered "qualified".

Boeing's continued mis-management has been happening since the Phil Condit days. It's over 2 decades in the making.
Number one Boeing doesn’t usually look as had a company to promote people. They usually promote people based on internal office politics, which is the wrong reason to promote people.
Secondly, why would someone who is an executive at a well run company Want to come to Boeing? It’s no secret how poorly managed boeing has been over the last 10 years. It does not appear Boeing can turn things around in the long term, so why would a promising executive want to inherit that?
Union shop my A$$ !!! By your definition @5zve+1mAMm57r the most well run and managed site in all of Boeing must be Boeing South Carolina then ??? Go get some black coffee and sober up !!!
Sure cover your 115,000 a year first levels a-s, that will throw you under the bus at the first opportunity
Union shop... Mangers cant do anything for you anyway. Union ties their hands and people complain about them not doing anything for them. What would people like them to do? Complain to your steward and have them create the change you are looking for.
A worker with integrity doesnt need a manager to get their job done. People take initiative and create their own change.
SURE They have !!!! Working at Burger King and McDonald's does too qualify as experience in the outside business world !!!!!!!!
Yep, success at Boeing is totally relative. If you don't have any, you won't have any.
Because they did not have any relatives at other companies
Because they could not get hired by any other company.

We here at Boeing know how difficult it can be for the multitude of dսllards we've hired
lately to try and fathom Boeing's So Called, "Management"
It is a well developed іdiocгacy by design,
it's purpose is to shield management from Criminal Prosecution,
Via the "No Knowledge of Anything" Doctrine.
Try and keep-up
