When you browbeat people that have provided value to the company for years , and reward DEI over meritocracy then you’ll definitely have impact on mental health. Also, when you hire people entirely based on DEI you are inviting people that have made their way through life being a victim. You’ll definitely have mental health with the new hires. You can see that every day on the news. 🙄
