How does everyone feel about the business operations change that was announced today? This only impacts HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Comp, and Finance but these units are no longer getting merit or promotions. Because they are "so valued", instead they are getting a small cr-ppy retention bonus at some levels, or an RSU grant (that likely won't vest) for other levels in lieu of merit and promotions. How kind and heroic of the leadership team to do this for those who have found talent and worked their as--s off to meet ridiculous goals while doing the job of at least 3 people.

We are the biggest group of first round layoffs so better to drive us out ahead of time. That being said what is the old saying? You get what you pay for? Well that's the exact effort I intend to give lol. Take your PTO and work 9-5.
