What happened to the company’s alleged values of transparency and putting people first? This is a blatant move to cut costs by getting rid of managers and having their subordinates start performing their duties, without even the consideration of allowing managers to transition their projects and duties beforehand. Deeply disappointed in this move for commercial profit when the company was already doing well financially that undermines the company culture. Rethinking the decision to build a career with a company that will sacrifice employees who have been there for years just to get even more money than they already have.
