AB is the worst. People are put last. No sense of family or loyalty there. Companies like that will continue to strive but there is not any corporate culture. Racist at times. Slow to promote African Americans. Old boy network still strong. Diversity to them is women hires which gets them praise. Ask to see a report on the number of blacks or the percentage that work there. Beyond dismal. Everyone there has the ability to smile in your face, overwork you, skimp on the pay and the raises and tell you how lucky you are to work there. Glad to be out of there.

I left this company 2 years ago. I noticed that if you were a military veteran, had many years of experience but no college degree, they would drop the axe on you. Not sure how many vet's they cut, but it was a lot. I also noticed they kept the deadwood in positions, sometimes these folks wouldn't even show up for work, or take extended vacations and management did not care. ABSG / Concera, call it what you want, they discriminate.
I agree and see this first hand. In 8yrs their has been few people of color in any areas I have worked, and white men have the mass majority of senior level positions.
