So this is the way it's going to be for Walmart? More security (cameras and private security). US workers gradually replaced by robots and automation. Cheap (and smelly) sh*t from China, India, Vietnam, Honduras. Maybe this is karma after WallyWorld crushed so many local businesses across the US.

An associate can always make suggestions. Dont the best ideas come from associates. Yes so many want to play in the band while the ship sinks. Go down with the ship, doesnt bother me. Think you will make it to retirement , not in the plans. Early retirement better than none at all. St. Doug is a world leader for sure.
Well this site has clearly shown may employees do not like working for or at Walmart. This is turn would be positive news right? Then you would be able to work for another retailer and complain about the exact same issues.
I don’t have any issues with security and cameras. We need them in the stores. They need to have more in the back, though. Automation is good. It makes things faster. Self checkouts are good. Customers don’t mind and they get out quicker. But here’s the best part, Walmart
can finally get rid of those slovenly, low life, sc-m sucking and horrible store associates that constantly call in, late for work, disappear during the work day and steal stuff. Make no mistake, every bit of automation and robotics we put in moves us closer and closer to where we get rid of undesirable associates and raise the value of the good, hard working associates.
The oligarchs don't have enough yet. Instead of letting the proletariat work, they can grind their bones with robots for fun and don't forget profit.

The camaras are for facial recognition, to assist your new CBDC, to know when you have gone over your ice-cream allotment and check your social media history.
