Over 15 years of service, always made goals and met or exceeded expectations, led over 20 people through endless transformation. Severance was generous for some and totally lowballed for others but I suppose anything helps. Why they didn’t just reduce dividends and let people keep their jobs is beyond me. Everyone take care.

Just got let go yesterday, The package was decent but, still am in shock at how unempathetic they were while doing it.
