Everyone knows now that Teradata´s best days are behind it. Despite management and some saying those critical of the current regime are clinging on to the greatness of yesteryears, nothing is further from the truth. Experts from many areas of the company have and continue yelling at the top of their lungs that every area in the company is broken for a long time now but management acting in their own interest and not the company, ignored them. Objective and experience people seeing the bigger picture predicted and so far on track with the trajectory of this place´s demise. So no, no one is clinging on or expect this place will be the same or return to the glory days. Instead, everyone is trying again to voice and share info so others are not left standing when the music stop and end up being laid off while the management fleece this place dry and run off like bandits.
