I don't get folks who are deciding to quit when we know huge layoffs are coming. It's like seeing a bag filled with money and deciding you're too tired to carry it so you'll just walk away. I know that's oversimplifying it, but still, why leave and let Accenture save the money it would have paid you to walk away?

Has anyone heard what the severance package is in the US?
As more layoffs occur at other companies, the job market is only going to get more crowded with time. And peace of mind is also worth its weight in gold.
