No one, they are just trying to stir the pot. I guess they don’t know we do that perfectly well on our own. There are never dull days at work without someone trying to impose their will on different areas of the business.

Who is gone?
Our culture reveres the old, protects the old. I’m reminded of a quote, “culture is not what you recognize, culture is what you tolerate.” I’d put it on my window, but then I’d just be targeted in the next layoff or merger.

I’ll believe it when I see it. The entrenched at Devon have fought hard to ensure their survival. It would take an act of god for them to be held accountable.
