They have completely cut out OT in my department. What a selfish company doing this during this moment in time.

That's great no o.t. so you can live normal life
We were salary and were expected to put in all kinds of extra hours as well as to be on-call 24/7 without any compensation at all. We put in all kinds of hours in the evenings and early-morning hours.
I worked at this company for 2 years. It was the weirdest place ever. Every decision make was the wrong one. Huge nightly processing hickups due to unqualified staff. Worked at Hallmark, H&R, and Sprint. All much better run. Even Sprint was at least 80% better than DST. I just could not believe the self-destructive nature of DST's old fashioned management style. The place was a total joke.
What? I worked salaried and never got overtime. Put in lots of extra hours too
