Thread regarding Cencora / AmerisourceBergen layoffs

No cost savings, just control

I got laid off after 17 straight years of getting exceeds on my performance review and I also don’t use the companies health insurance. If it was about cost savings they would have gotten of an employee in the same role that makes more uses the companies insurance and hasn’t gotten exceeds more than 4 times.
