The severance packages are extremely generous. They probably differ based on tenure and job grade. I will say mine is full pay and subsidized Cobra for 6 months. There are other payments/benefits I won’t disclose but that is the basis.
I’m not surprised it happened but some very talented people were impacted and I am sad for them. For me, I needed this to go after my dreams!!
