After laying off so many support agents and refusing to staff, CDK is now offering up the QSweep program to encourage employees to donate their time to CDK in hopes of prize money. Is this what we do now? Try and garner work for unpaid wages so employees think they'll be less likely to be laid off in the future?
Don't cross the picket line. Don't put your name on that spreadsheet.
Yeah the Q Sweep is just paying people to close cases faster. Not FIX. Just close. The customer, if they are luckily, gets an auto-dialed call to the dealer and then support closes the case saying they tried to contact you, please reach back out if you’re still having problems. Same thing as what happened in 2016 with Fueling For Growth. All big cases were closed at that time with the idea that if the customer still had a problem, they would open a new case.
This is their way of saying they are failing and trying to push out extra work from the burnt and old out employees left.
They have no shame and gutted support.
I hope this bites them hard!

LOL, too little, too late. Everyone I know that still works at CDK is jumping ship and asking me for references and leads to job openings.
I feel sorry for them. I want to help, but there are no openings anywhere I can see. Now CDK is sinking hard, and the job market has little room left in the lifeboats. The time to leave CDK was 6 months ago when the first major round of layoffs came. Anyone left is f****d or will be when the company finally goes under.
Autonation and Asbury contract renewals are coming up soon. Lithia wont be far behind. Anyone with a working set of eyes and ears in the industry knows CDK is a fail.
