My gut is on AWS, they have the money, both companies have recently reduced headcount, fills out their portfolio-gives them meetings and voice and the sh*te contact center that Zoom has can be folded into Connect. Everything is roadmap, roadmap, roadmap, is that an important feature to you, Q4, next fiscal, etc when talking features. Ask a Zoom employee how much the recent 2000 seat user "paid" for that service that was mentioned in the last quarterly release. Cisco would be a 1+1= .75 on revenue. Google has some half-baked comparable products but search is still their main focus, everything else is noise. Hearing of very angry customers that had their reps released only to be replaced by inside sales reps that have 2 years of industry experience or less. Phone reps are now contact center reps? Is that why RA has left the building? Blamed for the downsizing handling? Zoom is going through the issues that all tech companies are facing today, it just took them 11 years to get there.
