Guys, there's a question. If we are currently on a campaign and performing well, should we worry about layoffs? These layoffs only apply to people who are on the bench and are underperforming? Please provide any information you can. Thank you

Work late, make the right people shine, forget any semblance of a life outside of work and you might just make it
Per HR nothin matters marchin orders given to lay off people doesn’t matter. If it lands screwing up client that is OK because clients are already screwed. So 19 k + more is the current target. Have to meet the promise made to Wall Street per management.
What I have seen in the past-not that it would necessarily be the same this time, is that Accenture will prioritize protecting any well-performing Senior Managers or above even if their current billable numbers are not the best. For example, if you suddenly see a Principal or Managing Director getting too operationally-engaged with your project, there is a very good change there will be changes to protect someone-sometimes including themselves (I've seen that multiple times with Principal Directors).
You should never feel job security within the Company based on your billable numbers-regardless if you consider yourself a super-star. At the end it's all about how strong your network ties are with the big guys. If I were you, I would start a passive job search right away. Better to be proactive... Who knows, maybe you'll find something better anyway.
