YES. get out while you can. It's getting worse everyday. The pattern has accelerated.
me and a few others have already quietly quit and are looking for other jobs or waiting for a severance package, whatever comes first.
Things here in Canada have been delayed and we are sick and tired of being pushed in 20 different directions, trying to cross train us without the training (lulz), and assigning us more work than we can handle, expecting us to work 10 or 12 hours without overtime. Our managers do not understand burnout or have any sympathy for the staff. They think the $2000 market adjustment they gave us last month makes up for it. yeah right,
Since when did this become the “anonymous” employee engagement survey? We don’t want a VSP. Some of us “liked” our jobs and gave 110% everyday. Management screwed every good thing we had going. Two months per year of service would be enough, plus health insurance coverage.
And what would be the minimum to get you to say yes?
