The culture and environment at Mcdermott is so toxic all across. Why does everyone operate as if any of that is normal. The insane work hours, the disrespect, the micromanagement, people being rude to one another. All so wrong

Garbage company, regardless of which unqualified crook is running it.
Those who are not willing to be part of the crass system of this company will leave voluntarily or will be forced to leave. That crassness is pervasive in all departments of the company including construction, engineering, procurement, project controls, and HR.
