Confirmed: 4/20 large (but rolling) rifs. United Health and Optum are slimming down now to integrate some of the CHC products, increase automation using IPA and more offshoring.
It’s all just transactional, not personal, and don’t forget that things change.

I too care about our teams and we all need to remember boundaries: our employer is our employer, not our spouse or parent. Our employer will not and cannot provide loyalty. That’s why work is “at will”, we can be RIFed at a moments notice, something different than the way family treats us hopefully in a good family. Work is work and ain’t your family. Don’t forget that else you put yourselves and your families in peril.

I am a director within the organization. I know others with similar statue who have contributed. We care about the staff and do not agree with the direction of our new found leadership.
