everyone keeps saying people were laid off but fail to mention departments or roles. I think its just trolls who dont even work for optum who are saying people got laid off
Unionize, just like Europeans do. It is so difficult to layoff people in Europe. Google and Amazon is having a tough time laying off people in Germany and France due to strict labor laws.

nobody knows, they do not reveal the numbers, and doubt they will because it is always sunshine and every year company shows +20% to the profit, but kicking out people no matter what
