The company job culture is very high in politics. If you are well liked, it’s very easy to move up and if your not, well, you could be looking at a miserable time working for someone that will never make you feel appreciated. The company is famous for micromanaging the employees , often times being overly reactive than proactive. The policies are all out of order often times enforcing them on people of their choosing. Favoritism is an active part of this company’s culture. Fancy titles being thrown around. The company itself suffers an abnormally high turnover rate. If this type of culture continues, it will only end with failures.

That’s not a new thing for CHC. And the surviving ‘managers’ aren’t secure enough in their own skin to make any positive changes.
Good old boys club
I agree! Not only micromanagement but forcing you to work outside an established framework to stroke an ego. Making your work experience miserable because your ideas are modern and innovative. These out-of-touch and non-seasoned leaders need a touch of reality.
