Most of the job postings are sham at both organizations (US Bank and MUFG). US Bank has Unrealistic expectations and want everything for low pay and MUFG doesn’t know what they want and keep posting the same job again and again. Both organizations need to get their act together.

Most jobs posted by U.S. Bank are not even real. You’ll see jobs of similar titles constantly popping up and going away and popping back up again. If the job is legitimate, the process will be a phone or Teams interview with the recruiter. Then, an in person interview. Don’t get your hopes up if you do well. Qualifications aside, the job will most likely go to a personal friends or relatives of the hiring managers.
USB has no interest in retaining or maintaining talent from UB. You are a placeholder/number to USB. You are from a failing bank. That's how they are treating UB employees. The truth will reveal itself if you stay with USB. Wonder why they state they have so many openings? They have a difficult time attracting talent. They won't address the bigger issue which is there leadership in all areas of the bank is atrocious.
I am betting if the Regulators or the News knew what US Bank was doing with their hiring practices, they too would be fined and make the news like Wells Fargo. This is the most corrupt HR and recruitment scam in banking. Folks should just consult with lawyers . I will bet US Bank will want to settle fast to keep from going to court .

A lot of the smart bankers jumped ship already.
Even US Bank keeps posting the same jobs again and again. Who wants to work there for ridiculously low pay.
