100x is merely another slogan, flavor of the week, catch phrase... it's right up there with "Your life's best work". All punchlines...
It's all B.S. from "technical leaders" who aren't technical. They are the same frauds who make a ton of money who don't even know what an api is. They are perfectly ok paying you a pittance wage while demanding ever more from you.
Instead of unrealistic, bafoonish slogans, how about you lead and take care of your team? What a clown show. 🤡
