Why are they shipping us MASSIVE amounts of things we do not need, then we have to turn around and ship it to other stores that don't have any??? Who's in charge of this? YOU SHOULD BE FIRED!! We're wasting money on shipping! Unbelievable!

The buying office are the ones that ordered 800 glass mugs to a single store even though there was no purchase order for 800 to set store. 🤔
Sorry bro… I literally can write 100s of pages of mistakes from logistics just to my store alone. Buying office does make mistakes on POs but the logistics department has screwed up. Way to many misdirects and accidental pallets being shipped to another store. Been working for this company for 15 years. I’ve seen it all.

Note--Both the buying office and logistics teams have been cut--most of the quality employees have been either laid off or have left to find other jobs.

You must be new. It’s one of many issues with this company. LOGISTICS!!! One store gets 800 glass mugs while the other store gets 1 box. It’s not new, it’s been the norm for over 15 years.
$125 million worth a merchandise coming to the the stores. I guarantee only 3 stores will get it.
