Does anyone know when managers will start their annual reviews with colleagues?

Starts on the 17th -24th and I have seen the raises my colleagues are getting. Were as the CXM AND OVM, SMM are not getting any kind of raise this year.
Do they even give raises anymore? Would I have been told during my recent check-in? Bc nothing was mentioned about a raise.
I was just wondering about that myself . When will raises be ?
