It’s all about the Benjamins…. And your own folks…. Who cares about merit… not relevant.
The CMO job was a way of removing her from her MEA role without removing her. Wouldn’t fit with LK’s DEI initiatives.

Yeah, what a great idea! Take a marginal performer in MEA who was in over her head (actually, Sabee was running MEA behind the scenes), who has no experience in marketing, and let’s make her CMO! Brilliant! What could go wrong!? 😂
