Enterprise Enablement Platform Services : most of the PaaS offerings are managed by this team. They have the biggest IT budget and hence the impact imho.

Optum Tech. Worked at the Helpdesk for over six years. I know I've had my struggles here and there. But I averaged out in all my MAP reports. I was to understand that everything had a process. The phone call I got--no a process. Just the axe.

Despite having 5 rating the past 6 yrs getting cut with no real conversation just a blank msg on a WebEx.f u. And mtthee shilts ..wth .. we knew you did care for your teams but you proved you have no human compassion. Ppl left in Optum it has been down hill since they brought someone who does not understand people/heaalcare and wanted everything 100x. awesome now we have downfall 100x..
