I do not know if it's just the Lowes I work at but when a CSA becomes a ASM they all of a sudden stop knowing how to work,learn how to hide and always never have a answer to problems you have in the store.And also they know the struggles that happen on the floor or to much freight coming in the store or can you find someone to help me get this appliance truck done,all they do is brush you off and tell you to figure it out

They're walking customer's dogs for them.
The title ran to their head it will be short lived once the great recession of 2023 hits the markets. That person will be the first to go!

They become glorified keyholders
Especially true when one is promoted/titled Department Supervisor (although not all). Heck, they don't even respond to call buttons in their own areas, even when they're coverage!
